Abreviated Background:
Ivan is from New Moscow; all that's left of the old city after a terrorist blew the lid off it in 2010. It's not the most pleasant place to live; gangs roam the streets and the police tend to be a better-dressed, better-armed set of gangs. Ivan first learned how to "blend", finding he had a special talent for it, then he learned how to hit back.

Through insanely hard work at one of New Moscow's actually functioning universities, he managed to be accepted into the UN Police force. Ivan spent most of his career posted to Brazzaville in the West African Federation; where he managed to be a very successful undercover agent, despite being a Slavic white male who spoke no French in an all-African, mostly Francophone society.

This attracted the attention of the Company, and Ivan was happy to accept any job that got him far away from Moscow and paid lots of money.

Personality and Character Quirks:
Ivan is very quiet; he rarely speaks out unless spoken to. He almost always makes a strong effort to follow the chain of command. He is personally extremely honest, and while he won't criticize lapses in morality in others, he won't hesitate to report them to the proper authorities.

Ivan hunts as a hobby, though of course killing of prey has been long since outlawed over most of the world. He simply tracks and gets as close as he can to whatever he's after that term.
